📦 Return & Refund Policy
At Nova Elite, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact.
- You must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care or beauty products (if the seal is broken).
- Innerwear or swimwear.
- Items purchased during a Clearance Sale.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share a photo or a short unboxing video of the issue via email at novaelitepk@gmail.com.
- We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refund Methods: We offer refunds via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
- Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color):
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, the Return Policy will apply. To cancel, please contact us immediately at novaelitepk@gmail.com.

- Contact Us: Email novaelitepk@gmail.com with your Order ID.
- Pack the Item: Secure the product in its original packaging.
- Ship It Back: Send the parcel to our warehouse (address provided upon request).
- Inspection: We will process your request as soon as the item arrives!
