1. Shipping Zones & Rates
We ship all across Pakistan. To provide you with the best shopping experience, we offer standard flat-rate shipping on all orders.
- Standard Delivery Fee: Rs. 250 (Unless stated otherwise during special promotions)
- Free Shipping: Keep an eye out for our free shipping promotions on specific order values!
2. Estimated Delivery Time
We process orders within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 working days.
Please Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays, severe weather conditions, or high-volume promotional events (like Eid sales or Black Friday). We appreciate your patience during these times.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, we will send you a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can use this number on the courier’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience and peace of mind.
- Please ensure the correct amount is ready at the time of delivery.
- The courier agent will only hand over the package once the payment has been made. Open-box deliveries (opening the parcel before paying) are not permitted by our courier partners.
5. Important Delivery Guidelines
- Correct Information: Please ensure your shipping address, city, and phone number are accurate during checkout. Incorrect details can lead to significant delivery delays.
- Unreachable Deliveries: Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your package up to 2–3 times. If they are unable to reach you or locate your address, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
