Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in product description or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers are required to pay the full order amount to the courier agent before opening the package. Open-box deliveries are not permitted by our shipping partners.

We aim to deliver all packages within our estimated timelines (2–4 working days for major cities, 4–7 working days for other areas). However, delays caused by weather, holidays, or courier issues are outside our direct control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and an active phone number.
